COAT-IT is a technology company specialising in the development and production of advanced nanomaterial-based additives for the surface treatment industry. We create innovative solutions that support electroplating processes and surface modification technologies, aimed at improving the functional, mechanical and performance properties of protective coatings. Our technologies increase the durability, corrosion resistance, tribological properties and in-service stability of coatings used in demanding industrial environments.

DR ENG. ALICJA STANKIEWICZ

Coatings Specialist

Alicja pursued her passion for chemistry at, among others, Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Edinburgh Napier University. She is a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) in the United Kingdom. By initiating numerous research projects, Alicja has gained experience in materials technologies related to the deposition of protective coatings with various functionalities. Today she pursues this passion and her key interests at COAT-IT.

MAREK TURKIEWICZ

Chief Operating Officer – Member of the Management Board and co-owner of the company.

He has 15 years of experience in scaling businesses, managing projects, building teams and leading sales in several European markets. Marek is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (Poland), SKEMA Business School Sophia-Antipolis (France) and the University of Warsaw (Poland), where he earned degrees in International Relations, Global Management and European Business, and Sales Management.
