She is a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3), UK. By initiating numerous research projects, Alicja has gained experience in the field of material technologies related to the deposition processes of protective coatings with various functionalities.
Marek has 15 years of experience in scaling up businesses, running projects, building teams as well as performing sales in several European markets.
Marek is an alumnus of Cracow University of Economics, SKEMA Business School Sophia-Antipolis (France) and University of Warsaw (Poland) where he got degree in International Sales, Global Management & European Business and Management in Sales.
