- Service Provider – the company COAT-IT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, UL. IGNACEGO MOŚCICKIEGO 1, 24-110 PUŁAWY, NIP: 9662131668.
- Service Recipient – any individual accessing the Service and using the services provided by the Service Provider through the Service.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The Service Provider’s services include providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, or information containing tips or advice published on the Service are general information and are not directed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.

- Service Recipients are obliged to read the Terms and Conditions and other documents constituting an integral part thereof and must fully accept its provisions to continue using the Service.

- Technical requirements for using the Service:

- To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and other users of the Service, all Service Recipients should adhere to generally accepted internet safety rules.
- The following actions are prohibited, whether performed personally or using software:

- Actions causing excessive server load without written consent,
- Attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service or server configuration without written consent,
- Attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, or software that may harm the Service, other Service Recipients, or the Service Provider,
- Attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, or software that may track or steal data of Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
- Any actions aimed at damaging, blocking, or preventing the Service from achieving its purpose.
- In the event of detecting or suspecting a cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach, Service Recipients should first report it to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients.
IV. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Service Recipients may use the Service without registration.
- Service Recipients must be registered and have an account to access additional services provided in the Service, available only to logged-in users.
- Registration in the Service is voluntary.
- Registration in the Service is free.
- Each Service Recipient may have only one account in the Service.
- Technical requirements for account registration:
- Possession of an individual email account.
- By registering, Service Recipients consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent provided during registration and any subsequent changes or deletions.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion, restricting or limiting access to certain or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, particularly if the Service Recipient violates the Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Recipients.
- All services of the Service may be modified, added, removed, temporarily suspended, or restricted at the Service Provider’s discretion, without the possibility of objection by Service Recipients.
- Additional security rules for account use:
- Registered Service Recipients are prohibited from sharing their login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider does not have the right and will never request a Service Recipient’s password.
- Account deletion:
- Each Service Recipient with an account in the Service can delete their account.
- Service Recipients can do this after logging into their account in the Service.
- Deleting an account results in the removal of all identifying data and anonymization of the username and email address.
V. Newsletter Service Terms
- Service Recipients may use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter is free.
- Technical requirements for the Newsletter service:
- Possession of an individual email account.
- Conditions for providing the Newsletter service:
- Providing an individual email account in the electronic form,
- Verification of the provided email account by clicking the link sent to it,
- Consent to receive email notifications.
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- Notifications about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to the Service,
- Notifications about promotional activities of the Service’s partners (Marketing messages).
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter:
- Each Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter can unsubscribe.
- Service Recipients can do this via the link included in each email.
- Unsubscribing results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Communication and Other Service Terms
- The Service provides tools enabling Service Recipients to interact with the Service, including:
- Contact forms,
- Commenting on posts and articles,
- Publishing their own content in the form of posts and articles,
- Publishing their own content in the form of graphics and multimedia.
- The Service provides contact details, including:
- Email address,
- Contact phone number.
- When a Service Recipient contacts the Service Provider, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy,” which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
- Rules for posting content by Service Recipients in the Service:
- It is prohibited to post offensive or defamatory content regarding the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, third parties, or third-party entities,
- It is prohibited to post text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, or other works for which the Service Recipient does not hold a license or whose copyright holder has not consented to free publication,
- It is prohibited to post vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or illegal content, as well as links to websites containing such content,
- It is prohibited to post scripts or programs that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software used to breach security, or similar actions, as well as links to websites containing such materials,
- It is prohibited to post marketing or advertising content promoting other commercial websites, products, services, or commercial websites.
VII. Data Collection
- To ensure the proper provision of services, protect the Service Provider’s legitimate interests, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.
- For the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores anonymous information about Service Recipients in cookies.
- The scope, purposes, methods, and principles of data processing are described in the annexes to the Terms and Conditions: “GDPR Information Obligation” and the “Privacy Policy,” which are integral parts of the Terms and Conditions.

VIII. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and holds the copyright to the Service.
- Some data posted on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties unrelated to the Service Provider and is used under obtained licenses or free licenses.
- Under the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search systems (except for Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any articles, descriptions, photos, or other content, graphic materials, videos, or audio available on the Service without written or electronic consent from the legal owner.
- According to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press information, understood as mere information without commentary or evaluation by the author, is not protected. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the Service but not copying entire or parts of articles unless indicated in the specific material available on the Service.
IX. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- The Service Provider may unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions at any time without providing reasons.

- For Service Recipients without an account, changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon publication.

- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, partially, or completely disable the Service for improvement, addition of services, or maintenance, without prior notice to Service Recipients.

- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent or objection of Service Recipients.
