On June 21, 2023, Coat-it, represented by Alicja Stankiewicz and Katarzyna Zielińska, along with YouNick Mint, represented by Investment Manager Aleksander Kłósek, signed an investment agreement with EIT InnoEnergy, represented by Michał Bajda. EIT InnoEnergy is engaged in supporting pioneering technologies in sustainable energy and is a leader in directing Europe towards decarbonization by 2050. The agreement was prepared and signed in Warsaw at the ALTO law firm with the huge support of Rafał Kozłowski, Szymon Tyniec, and Bartosz Nawrot, who specialize in legal and tax services for startups.
